Above Rates are applicable for up to two (2) guests. Two (2) additional guests may be added at a rate of JP ¥2,000 per day, per additional guest. Note: A refundable JP ¥20,000 security/damage deposit will be added to every booking. |

Upon confirmation of your desired dates of stay, we will send you an email with online payment options. If you would prefer to pay via international bank transfer, please let us know and we will send you the wire details. |
| JP ¥20,000 security deposit | A refundable security/damage deposit of JP ¥20,000 will be added to every booking. Provided that no damage is caused, this amount will be refunded in full within 10 days of your checkout date. |
| Cancellations | Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to
your stay are subject to a full refund, minus JP ¥5,000
cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to your stay are not refundable. |
