91¶¶Òõ’s Aid has been delivering innovative programs to children, youth, and families in New York City since it was founded by Charles Loring Brace in 1853. We continue to help New Yorkers learn, grow, and be leaders of their own lives to this day. While we have modified our name, designed a brand-new logo, and added a tag line, our commitment to combating poverty remains as strong today as it has ever been. We welcome your involvement in helping all young people realize their fullest potential.

There are a number of ways to get involved and support the work of 91¶¶Òõ’s Aid. By making a tax-deductible contribution to 91¶¶Òõ’s Aid, you are supporting nearly 50,000 children, youth, and families as they aspire to reach their fullest potential. You can also volunteer, make a corporate gift, or attend an event in support of our work.

91¶¶Òõ’s Aid is a 501(c)3 charity, and all contributions are tax deductible as permissible by law.

For 16 consecutive years, 91¶¶Òõ’s Aid has been recognized by as a four-star charity for our financial health, accountability, and transparency. We have also received the Accredited Charity Seal which helps provide donors piece of mind when making a contribution to 91¶¶Òõ’s Aid, where 85 cents from every dollar goes to program services.

Most 91¶¶Òõ’s Aid programs are free for children, youth, and families across New York City. Some of our early childhood programs provide education on a sliding scale based on need. We accept Medicaid, Child Health Plus, and commercial insurance for health care services provided at our community and school-based health centers. We assist uninsured families in applying for public health insurance and provide services on a sliding fee scale.

91¶¶Òõ’s Aid offers more than 100 programs at more than 40 sites to nearly 50,000 chil­dren, youth, and families from across all five boroughs of New York City. Our focus on Academic and Social-Emotional Learning ensures that children and youth are equipped with the tools they need to succeed in school and in life. Our Health and Nutrition programs provide high-quality services and education that lay the foundation for a lifetime of health and wellness. Family and Community supports offer kids the chance to shine, and provide parents and guardians with the tools needed to build nurturing families and strong communities. Working together, this host of services helps children and families learn, grow, and lead.
